Deloitte Strategic Communications Specialist with TS/SCI Polygraph - Chantilly, VA in McLean, Virginia

Work you'll do

Please note - this is a part-time role.

  • Prepare executive level-briefing materials (e.g., memos, papers, presentations, infographs, etc.) for leadership to brief other senior leadership.• Promote corporate identity through consistent, high-quality, diversified messaging; applying a "one-voice" approach to unify and integrate program groups strategic objectives.• Work with government clients to develop strategic communications plans and marketing campaigns that engage and inform the workforce and key stakeholders about performance management, workforce management, data analytics, human resources policies, and development programs to optimize the mission performance of a national security workforce.• Draft, format, and edit workforce announcements, website content, newsletters, talking points, email, and other materials for leadership and program groups. Assimilate inputs from key stakeholders and translate complex ideas and issues into clear and compelling messages. Ensure thorough coordination throughout the enterprise and secure requisite internal and external approvals prior to publication.• Assist program groups to identify all stakeholders and the most effective channels to target programmatic messaging and develop communication plans to help Program Managers effectively scale their enterprise programs.• Leverage existing communication channels and promote newer, creative opportunities to scale stakeholder outreach to increase workforce engagement and elevate awareness of enterprise talent and development programs.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • 4+ years of Strategic Communications experience

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

  • Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA

Preferred:

  • Change Management experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
