Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Wilmington, North Carolina. The individual will be responsible for overseeing various accounting functions, including auditing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The role requires an understanding of accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning, as well as a familiarity with budget processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Utilize various accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools to ensure accurate financial record keeping

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Manage budget processes to ensure fiscal responsibility and efficiency

• Maintain a current CPA license and stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes

• Utilize ADP Financial Services for various accounting tasks and processes

• Comply with DCAA regulations in all financial processes and procedures

• Use ERP Solutions to optimize resource planning and financial management

• Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to management. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of DCAA regulations and compliance

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Understanding of ERP Solutions

• Ability to manage all Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Skilled in Auditing processes

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Possession of a valid CPA certification

• Current CPA License is mandatory

• Experience in handling and managing complex financial data
